You don't need a dance background — the barre is simply a prop for balance and support as you work through small, targeted movements that challenge your body in a completely different way to traditional gym training.

We offer different barre variations depending on what your body needs on any given day. Whether you want to sculpt and tone, unwind and restore, or push your limits with an intense session — there's a class below for you.

FAQ

Barre Class Questions Answered

Do I need ballet experience?

No. Barre is inspired by ballet movements but designed for everyone. Beginners are very welcome.

What should I expect from a class?

A low-impact, high-results workout combining ballet, Pilates and strength training. Small, precise movements targeting the core, glutes and legs.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. Grip socks are recommended — the class is typically barefoot or in socks, no trainers needed.

How often should I attend to see results?

2–3 classes per week is the sweet spot. Most people notice real improvements in strength, posture and tone after 4–6 weeks of regular attendance.
